General Election 1.15 (recount)

Due to technical difficulties, I am officially staging a recount to ensure fairness.

Now that the confederacy is an official alliance, the monthly cycle of selecting a Rear Admiral to organize the armed forces has officially been kicked off!

Vote for the member you feel would best fit this position!

(Note: The chancellor cannnot occupy yet another position....)

Duties of the Rear Admiral:

In times of Peace:
-monitor the department of defense forums for reports etc.
-maintain a weekly log of alliance strength to be sent to the chancellor
-(eventually organize the armed forces into squads....Not for awhile...)

In times of war:
-list all targets (or aggressors) in the department of defense forums
-Make sure attacks are staggered
-Monitor battle reports and forward nations in need of war time aid to the confederate bank

(Note: the Chancellor and other government members will help out in times of war)
